Kellie is a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Consultant, and has been specializing in eating disorders nutrition treatment since 1988. She provides Eating Disorders Nutrition Assessment and Individualized Nutrition Therapy for Children, Adolescents and Adults, in coordination with the recommended treatment team professionals. Kellie utilizes relevant cognitive and behavioral techniques for effective treatment and recovery. Her eating disorders treatment experience includes all ages, multiple medical and psychiatric diagnoses, and Inpatient, Outpatient, and Day Treatment modalities.

In addition to Eating Disorders Nutrition therapy, Kellie also provides Nutrition Consultations and Counseling for all medical, wellness, and sports nutrition concerns.

Education & Training

Kellie attended University of Michigan-Dearborn, Wayne State University, and Eastern Michigan University for undergraduate courses. She graduated in 1985 from Eastern Michigan University’s Coordinated Undergraduate Program with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Minor in Biology. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Michigan Dietetic Association, and she is a Board Member for various professional organizations.

Kellie has over 25 years experience as a Registered Dietitian in Community Nutrition, Inpatient and Outpatient Clinical Nutrition, as a professional presenter, and as a private practitioner. She received her eating disorders training from the University of Michigan Healthcare Systems, where she was employed for 9 years as an Eating Disorders Nutritionist for the Inpatient, Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Team Treatment Programs for Adults, Adolescents, and Children.

In addition, Kellie has received The Certificate of Training for Child and Adolescent Weight Management from The American Dietetic Association.
