Dr. Jenks does not participate in insurance plans, but does provide an itemized billing statement that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement.

Dr. Jenks specializes in the psychiatric treatment of children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Her services include providing comprehensive evaluations, consultation, medication management, and psychotherapy. She uses an approach that is supportive, collaborative, and customized to the needs of her patients and their families. Dr. Jenks treats a variety of clinical issues, including depression and other mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and eating disorders. She works with patients with all gender identities and sexual orientations. She is Board-certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry.

Education & Training

Dr. Jenks graduated from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. She completed an adult psychiatry residency at the Harvard Longwood program in Boston, followed by a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Cambridge Hospital, also a Harvard training program. She held a Harvard Medical School faculty appointment and had a private practice in Winchester, Massachusetts, before moving to Ann Arbor in 2013.
